• Free Business hosting plans are available with the purchase of design packages or custom design plans of $300 or more.
• All hosting plans are subject to the QualityDotCom Terms of Service.
• At the end of the one year free period, you have the option of transferring your site to another host, or continuing your plan at the regular rates then in effect.
• You agree to allow us to list your site in the Overnight Web Design portfolio.
• We retain publishing rights to the site we develop for you. This is solely for the purpose of displaying our work should you decide to change it in the future. You retain all previously existing copyrights.

Of course, you are not obligated to use our hosting services to take advantage of our design services. We'll be happy to work with your current host or any hosting service that you desire. This is just an effort to give additional value to our inaugaral customers.
